Re: ASIC fabrication tools I'd say probably not. It takes hundreds of thousands of dollars to just roll out a simple mining ASIC or even FPGA; it will most likely not be worth doing something like creating an ASIC if you don't have that sort of capital. There's probably a reason... Bitloverr
